Bear-Tex.Rapid Finish. For surface bettering after grinding with e.g. fibre and flap discs, depressed centre wheels. Built around a nylon polishing disc with glass fibre reinforced back-up pad. Used for the removal of sanding scratches, processing surface defects, deburring, rounding, cleaning, corrosion and oxide removal, polishing and preparing surfaces before painting. Suitable for 115 and 125 mm angle grinders. Max. working speed 12000 m/s.
2 S gives a bright surface.3 S gives a bright finish and longer life than 2 S. 2 A gives a satin finish.The convex form helps to give the right working angle and with that a finer surface and better utilisation of the disc’s full surface.
