  • The Santoku knife is the most common Japanese model for us in the West. The characteristic of a Santoku knife is the shape that makes chopping, slicing, and dicing easy. The knives are also slightly shorter than traditional chefs knives, which may be preferable for quick jobs.

    The olive grinding makes it easier for the ingredients to come off the blade, which is excellent for ingredients that easily stick, such as chicken and other meats.
