To get the LED tube to work, you need to replace the starter in your old fixture with the included LED starter. This is because LED tubes only work with fixtures equipped with a traditional magnetic ballast. The LED tube is not suitable for fixtures with two tubes that share a common ballast (i.e., a starter).
