Unfortunately, we cannot offer you the guarantee that the product maintains a maximum temperature over a specified period of time, as the thermal box is a product with passive function (i.e., without external power supply) and heat dispersion times depend on several factors such as:
The filling of the box (the boxes must be filled to the maximum to minimize the air still present in them, as it is the one that warms up cold or frozen products, respectively, and cools down hot products)
Ambient temperature
The number of times the box is opened and closed when filled
The material of the container containing the food (e.g., stainless steel, porcelain, plastic, etc.)
*As a general (and not exclusive) rule, the boxes have a temperature "loss" of approximately 2°C per hour.
