Tingstad Papper AB (556117-1199) is responsible for the personal information you provided to us when registering your company through our e-commerce, seller or telephone. You also agree that Tingstad Papper AB stores and uses this information in order to fulfill its obligations and to provide you with the best possible service. The personal data that Tingstad treats is your organization number, name, e-mail address, purchase, payment and order history, shipping address, invoice address and telephone number. The data can be used for identification, marketing, customer surveys, mailing by mail / e-mail, newsletters and for statistical purposes. In case of new customer registration and invoice selection, credit information can also be made. All handling of personal data is with highest security. According to the Personal Data Act (§26) you are entitled to access the information we have registered about you. In order to disclose this information, this Act requires you to submit a signed request to us. Tingstad wants to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. If any of the information you provided to us changes, such as If you change your email address, name or payment information, please provide us with correct information by contacting your seller or our customer service. You are entitled at any time to request that the personal information be corrected, blocked or deleted. You can contact us at any time to cancel marketing as a customer.
The delivery time varies depending on where the goods should be delivered to. Normally the following conditions apply:
Customers within the Gothenburg-area who place an order before 2 pm can expect to have their goods the following day.
Customers outside the Gothenburg-area, who are situated south of Gävle, and place an order before 12 am can expect to have their goods the following day.
Customers north of Gävle need to place their order 2 days before their requested delivery date.
Please note that the number of days refers to working days and that these could be subject to changes due to e.g. holidays etc.
The possibility to add something to your order is dependant upon the status of your order. Contact our customer support to find out the status of your order.
COMPLAINTS / RETURN
We have two options for booking a return / complaint.
Option 1: Login with your username and password. Go to "My Pages" and then select "My Claims". Then fill in the form and submit your request to us.
Option 2: Call our customer service to book a return / complaint.
The driver has a return slip that is filled in on the spot when the goods are collected. A return charge is added which varies depending on the amount of goods to be returned. If the reason for your return is due to errors from Tingstad's side, there is no additional charge.
Keep in mind that no packaging or boxes should be broken in order for us to make a return.

Yes, you can shop at Tingstad as an consumer if your delivery address is in Sweden. Choose payment option "Credit Card" at the checkout and follow the instructions.
You can not pay with invoice as a consumer.

Which payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or apply to pay by invoice. We then take a credit report on your company. When your application has been processed and approved invoice payment is available.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS / SUPPORT
Click on the product on our web page to see if it is marked with the glass and fork symbol. If the symbol is there the product is tested and cleared according to EU-directions. The product declaration also describes the products attributes and in which temperatures the product can be used.

Since 1994, all businesses that manufacture, import, sell or sell a package or a packaged product are responsible for the recycling of products placed on the Swedish market. Responsibility is regulated in SFS 2014: 1073, the so-called Packaging Regulation and applies to all types of materials such as plastic, metal, paper and corrugated cardboard.
In order to meet the authorities' requirement to take responsibility for collection and recycling, the Packaging Collection and REPA, which since 2013 became known as the Packaging and Newspaper Collection, FTI. The owners of FTI are today the five material companies MetallKretsen, Plastkretsen, Pressretur, Returkartong and Svensk Glasåtervinning.
FTI is run entirely without profit, and no financial dividend to the owners may occur, so that the cost of collection and recycling will as little as possible affect the price of the goods.
FTI has the task of ensuring that packaging and newspapers in Sweden are collected and recycled. All companies, regardless of whether they are a manufacturer, importer, restaurant or shop, are responsible for the packages and newspapers they have used. The principle implies that the party who has a negative impact on the environment has to pay back to the environment for the burden he has caused.
Tingstad is connected to FTI. We pay monthly packing fees to FTI for each sold plastic, metal, paper and corrugated packaging. These fees are based on the weight of the product and current packing fees are available on the FTI website. The fee paid will finance the handling in order for the packaging to be recycled into new products. This fee will be taken from our customers in the next step, i.e. fillers of packaging, which means that our customers themselves do not need to be connected to FTI.
By purchasing your Tingstad packaging, you as a customer assume responsibility for the products you sell and you can be sure that the packing fees are paid.

FP = is an abbreviation for packaging. The products are packed in a carton with outer packaging.
INFP = is an abbreviation for inner packaging. 1 inner package is a sales unit that can be sold by itself or as part of a larger carton. Example: Disposable gloves can be sold in packs of 200 gloves (inner pack) and in a full box it is packed in 10 inner packagings.
RL = is an abbreviation for a scroll.
