•Effectively transports excess heat away from the burn and therefore reduces the risk of blistering
•The cooling effect is experienced as pain relief and prevents the burn from going any deeper

Usage:
- Put the compress with gel directly on the injury instead of water, this way you don't have to keep track of the temperature of the water and you are mobile in case you need to go away and get treatment from a doctor
- There is always extra gel left in the bag which should be poured over the compress where the open cells quickly transport it further down to the injury
- The compress can be fixed loosely with gauze
- Leave on for at least 30 -50 min, best effect up to 3 hours
