Knife developed and adapted to the needs of craftsmen, made from stainless German knife steel. A unique feature for attaching the sheath around the button on work clothing ensures that it does not come loose, while still being easy to remove. The blade is made of 2.5 mm stainless steel that has been hardened to 57–59 HRC.

The edge is ground in several stages with a final honing on a leather disc. The handle and sheath are made of extra impact-resistant PP plastic. The sheath fits well both on a belt and on a button. If the belt is thick, cut off the small tab on the lid. The craftsman knife RFR-PH is delivered with a cardboard sleeve instead of a sheath. RFR fits the same sheath as HVK.
