Metal Detector MetalliScanner® MTX can find metal objects in all common building materials up to a depth of 100 mm. Specially designed to find or avoid reinforcement bars when drilling in concrete. Two search modes depending on the scanning conditions. NormalScan for superficial reinforcement bars in a tight mesh grid and DeepScan for deep-lying single pipes and reinforcement bars. Centre and signal strength indicator during metal detection. Large backlit blue LCD display for easier reading even in direct sunlight. Powered by a 9 V battery (not included) The battery strength indicator on the screen continuously displays the battery level and flashes when the battery level is too low for correct operation. Integrated marker to highlight the target location. Includes an articulated handle for easier scanning. Can be used with an extension handle (24341-1006) making it flexible in order to reach the ceiling and other areas that are beyond normal reach. Extension shaft made of steel that screws easily on the handle for MTX. Water and dust proof.
