How a Queue System with Number Tickets Works

A traditional queue ticket system typically consists of several key components. The customer takes a ticket from the ticket dispenser, while a queue display shows the number currently being served. Staff call the next number using a remote control or other control unit.

The range includes both individual components and complete Turn-O-Matic systems. This makes it possible to build a new queue system or expand an existing one with additional displays, ticket dispensers, or remote controls.

Always verify the system, model designation, and compatibility before adding components to an existing setup. This also applies to queue tickets. For example, the D80 and D900 dispensers use different ticket widths and formats.

Wall-Mounted or Freestanding Ticket Dispenser?

The placement of the dispenser affects how customers interact with the queue system. The range includes both wall mounts and floor stands, allowing installation based on available space and customer flow.

A wall-mounted solution occupies minimal floor space, while a floor stand offers more flexibility and can be positioned at entrances, service counters, or specific departments within a store.
