Queue tickets and number tickets are used together with ticket dispensers to organise customer flow in stores, receptions, and other environments using queue management systems. The Right Ticket for the Right Dispenser
Queue tickets are not universal. Roll width, roll diameter, core diameter, and other dimensions must match the ticket dispenser being used. Therefore, system and model designation are more important than colour when ordering new tickets.
The range includes specific tickets for D80 and D900, while Qmatic and Nemo-Q use their own roll formats. For example, Qmatic Neutral 95 is 59 mm wide and contains 2,000 tickets per roll. The product is supplied in packs of 24 rolls.
Nemo-Q Neutral is 60 mm wide and contains approximately 2,700 tickets per roll. It is supplied in packs of 12 rolls.
Colours for Different Queues and Service Points
Several systems offer tickets in different colours. The D80 range, for example, includes blue, green, yellow, pink, and white tickets, while multiple colours are also available for D900 and Turn-O-Matic Classic.
Different colours can be useful for separating service counters, departments, or queue flows. However, compatibility with the ticket dispenser remains the most important consideration.
