Product Information:

- Suitable for hygiene control of, among other things, work surfaces, dishware, and kitchen utensils
- Hygicult® TPC consists of a tube and a dipslide coated on both sides with TPC agar (Total Plate Count)

Usage:

1. Remove the sterile pressure plate from the tube.
2. Press both sides of the Hygicult plate together within a test area of 30 cm². Each side should come into contact with the test surface for approximately 3-5 seconds. The pressure plate is hinged for easier access, facilitating sampling.
3. Place the plate back in the tube. Incubate for 2 days at 30°C, 3 days at 20-25°C - (incubation at 20-25 degrees = room temperature)
