Liga is a family-owned brand founded in 2018 in Cornwall, with a clear vision: to create beautiful and sustainable products with respect for nature. At the heart of the business is a deep passion for cork – a material that combines functionality, design, and environmental responsibility. The cork comes from the Portuguese Montado forests and is carefully harvested by hand without harming the trees. Harvesting only takes place every nine years, making cork a long-term and sustainable choice. In addition to pure cork products, Liga also offers innovative material combinations. In the Dash series, cork is combined with recycled rubber, while in the Beach Clean series, cork is combined with recycled plastic from oceans and coastlines. The result is durable and stylish products with a clear environmental profile.
