O.Keeffe.s has over 20 years of experience and was founded in a dry area between California and Oregon. For ranch owner Bill .Keeffe, the need for hand and foot cream was significant due to the dry climate and hard work. Together with his daughter, pharmacist Tara, they developed a product that worked better than all the others they had tested.
