This year’s trends for the Christmas table
This year’s trends are all about creating a harmonious and calming atmosphere with soft, rounded shapes and rich colours such as plum, chocolate brown, and burgundy, along with muted earth tones. Let your table stand out with stainless steel accents, playful details, and LED lighting.
The classic red and green Christmas tables are always popular, but the most important thing is to add your own personal touch. Dare to combine different materials and colours with vibrant artificial plants.
You'll find everything you need to recreate a harmonious table setting, from candles and napkins to glassware and decorations, at Tingstad.
Christmas buffet – serve it your way
Create a vibrant and welcoming Christmas buffet by varying the height of your serving platters. When dishes are presented on different levels, each flavour experience gets the space it deserves and can truly stand out.
Dare to mix materials such as glass, stainless steel, and wood to create exciting contrasts and a more dynamic table setting. At the same time, let colours and details complement the rest of your décor for a harmonious overall impression.
It is often the small details that make the biggest difference. Add a sprig of fir, tie a linen napkin with a simple string and satin ribbon, or let beautiful candles cast a warm glow across the table. Small, thoughtful touches that come together to create that magical Christmas feeling.

Create Atmosphere with Candles & Lanterns
Let candles and lanterns spread warmth across the Christmas table and create an inviting atmosphere. Combine tall candlesticks with small tealights for a lively effect, or place LED candles strategically to create a cozy and safe glow.
