The AT400 convection oven with steam from Bartscher is part of the AT series, which features flexible and efficient convection ovens. This powerful oven with two motors is highly suitable for regular use.

The oven with circulating air is equipped with many smart features, such as reversing motor operation (fan wheel), internal lighting, and a rounded back chamber. Furthermore, it has double-glazed doors and removable trays. It comes with a control lamp for on/off status, heating, and dimming. The cooking chamber is made of stainless steel and is equipped with four shelves measuring 60x40 cm, with an 8 cm distance between the shelves. The oven has one cooking program, one cooking phase, and one fan speed setting. The built-in timer with a time setting between 0-180 minutes offers many cooking possibilities, and a signal tone indicates when the time is up. The heating time is approximately 8 minutes (200 °C).
