The AT90-MDI convection oven from Bartscher is highly suitable for repetitive cooking processes. Temperature and time are set precisely via the controls with digital indication. The ovens two motors provide good air circulation, resulting in the best outcomes.

The convection oven is equipped with many smart features, such as interior lighting, LED indicators, a thermostat, and a rounded back chamber. Additionally, it has double-glazed doors, removable trays, and control lights for On/Off mode and indications during heating. The cooking chamber is enamel-coated and equipped with four shelves measuring 43.8 x 31.5 cm, with a distance of 7 cm between the shelves. The oven is made of stainless steel and has a cooking program, a cooking phase, and a fan speed with one setting. The built-in timer, with a time setting between 0-120 minutes, offers many cooking possibilities, and a signal tone indicates when the time is up. The temperature control allows for a pause in the cooking process. The heating time is approximately 8 minutes (150 °C).
