You can cut cheese slices in two thicknesses and easily move the slice by piercing it with the cheese slicers double tip. Do not wash products made of wood or with wooden details in the dishwasher. We recommend hand washing and treating the handle with a flavor-neutral oil a couple of times a year. Two replacement cutting wires are included.
