Thermometer Testo 108 from Nordtec is an accurate cooking thermometer with a super-fast sensor. Since the mass of the sensor tip is so small, the response time is very fast, allowing for a more accurate measurement of internal temperature in a portion pie
Another advantage of the small probe tip is that no visible holes are left after measurement. The thermometer is easy to use as it has self-explanatory buttons and a large, easy-to-read display. It is very durable, and the protective case (SoftCase) makes it even more robust, becoming almost waterproof when stored in the case.
