The combination of two types of Osram LEDs provides you with optimal and flexible light quality in accordance with the latest light recommendations: MODE 1: Enriched white light at the most effective blue wavelengths in "max" mode for your light therapy treatment. The white light becomes warmer (orange-yellow) when you reduce the intensity for comfortable use as a desk lamp or additional lamp throughout the day after your light therapy treatment (30 to 60 minutes per day). MODE 2: Specifically soft blue light, as intense as bright white light. MODE 3: Background lighting all day after your light therapy session. In fact, our melanopsin ganglion cells, whose role is crucial for regulating our biological clock, are very sensitive to blue wavelengths (460 to 485 nm).
