Choose the Right Envelope for Your Mailing
The envelope size should be selected based on the document size and the number of folds required. C4 is typically used for unfolded A4 documents, while C5 is suitable for A4 documents folded once. C6 is often used when A4 sheets are folded twice, and E65 when documents are folded into three parts.
Window envelopes are suitable for recurring mailings where the recipient's address is already printed on the document. Envelopes without windows provide greater flexibility for address labels, stamps, or printed graphics. Also consider the sealing method based on your workflow and mailing volume, such as gummed or self-adhesive envelopes.
