Choose the Right Universal Label Size

Size is often the first thing you need to decide. If you're only printing an item number, a small label may be enough, while an address or more detailed product information requires a larger surface area.

A useful tip is to make a test print on plain paper before loading the label sheets. Hold the test print against the label sheet and check that the text aligns correctly. This can help avoid wasted labels, especially when printing large batches.
