Flexible is GN-compatible and comes with a GN container in stainless steel with a depth of 6.5 cm and a capacity of 8.5 liters. The lid with a viewing window features a Sift-Close mechanism (hydraulic lid hinge). A chafing dish that is very easy to use and clean, with a Lift-Up device for the GN container and is dishwasher safe.
