A powerful and durable sharpened knife designed for heavy-duty tasks such as prying, breaking, and chopping. The unique feature of attaching the sheath around the button on work clothing ensures it does not come loose while still being easy to remove. The blade is made of Japanese knife steel, 3 mm carbon steel that has been hardened to 58–60 HRC.

The edge is sharpened with a double bevel angle and finished with honing on a leather disc. The handle and sheath are made of extra impact-resistant PP plastic. The sheath fits well on both the belt and the button. If the belt is thick, cut off the small tab on the lid. The heavy-duty knife is a sturdier knife and therefore has a larger sheath than the other craft knives. The GK-PH is delivered with a cardboard sleeve instead of a sheath.
