- Nivefix White Filler 4 kg is a 2-component filler and pore filler for all types of concrete, terrazzo, and cement surfaces.
- The substrate:
Can be applied to everything from gypsum, wood, and steel surfaces to concrete, even night-old concrete, even if it is not dry. The substrate must be free from loose material, cement film, dust, oil, and other fats, but does not need to be dry of water.
Usage:
Mix the components well with a screwdriver or low-speed drill and a spiral mixer. Perform Nivefix is spread out with a steel spatula or a rubber scraper with a sharp edge. Pour out and scrape the surface. Fill in two directions to push the filler into pores and cracks.
Curing:
Nivefix cures through a reaction between the components but is affected by surrounding temperature and humidity as well as drafts. It does not need to be covered. It cures and can be sanded after about 6 hours at room temperature. To be able to be polished, it must have cured overnight.
Additional information:
The mixed product should be used within 60 minutes.
The minimum working temperature is +5°C.
Adhesion to concrete > 2 MPa.
Compressive strength > 20 MPa.
Flexural tensile strength > 5 MPa.
E-modulus > 8000 MPa.
