The GDP 980E-G griddle from Bartscher features a smooth cooking surface with three separately controlled heat zones. It has a grease collector and a fixed welded splash guard that allows for easy and practical use. Ideal for both large and small kitchens.

The grill plates cooking surface is made of solid steel, and the casing is made of stainless steel, both of which are easy to maintain and keep in good condition. The griddle has a safety thermostat and a display with an On/Off button, as well as a light that indicates when it is ready for operation. It is ready for connection with a plug and comes with a cleaning scraper.
