Glass lid or metal lid?

Demeyere, Scanpan, and Zwilling offer lids designed for their own series, but they often fit other pans with the same diameter.

Domed cast iron lids are primarily used on Staub cookware and promote condensation, allowing moisture to drip back onto the food for a juicier result during slow cooking.

Series-specific lids

Demeyere Apollo 7 and Atlantis 7 have their own stainless steel lids with adapted handles and tight sealing. When buying a replacement lid for a Demeyere series, it’s important to match both diameter and series.
