The fryer is easy to use and clean, suitable for intensive use. Equipped with a large welded oil tank measuring 40x40x16 cm with a maximum capacity of 12 l. The tank is equipped with a drain tap and min/max oil level markings. It has a "cold zone" to improve the oil quality. Removable heating element with a shut-off function. Heat lamp to indicate if the heating element is working. Temperature range: 50 °C to 190 °C.
