Knife set in 2 parts from the Wasabi series by KAI. The set includes a 20 cm chefs knife and a 23 cm bread knife. The chefs knife is excellent for cutting meat and vegetables, while the bread knife is best used for slicing bread and wheat wreaths. The blades are made of high-carbon stainless steel 1K6 and have a hardness of 58 +/- 1. The handle is made of bamboo powder and polypropylene, which is hygienic as bamboo has natural antibacterial properties. Wasabi is a series of knives with Japanese aesthetics rooted in Zen Buddhism.
