Care
The knife in the mandoline is sharp, so handle it carefully to avoid injury. Hand washing is recommended, as machine washing is harmful to the knife and its edge. If the blade is dull or damaged, unscrew it and sharpen it with a whetstone. You can also take it to an experienced sharpener for resharpening.

Instructions for disassembling the mandoline
Unscrew the large screw that normally regulates the thickness of the food being sliced. Once the screw is completely removed, you can tilt the adjustable sliding table to a 90-degree angle and then slide it out of its tracks.

All parts for the mandoline, such as knife blades and screws, are available as spare parts in case you happen to lose or damage any part.
