Japanese vegetable cleaver at 16.5 cm from the Shun series by KAI. This vegetable knife, or Nakiri, is the ultimate tool for chopping and slicing vegetables. The slightly taller blade prevents knuckles from hitting the cutting board.
Shun Classic is an exclusive series from KAI and means "at the peak of perfection." The knives have a core of VG-MAX quality steel and 32 layers of Damascus steel on each side of the core, creating a beautiful pattern. A manual sharpening and a convex blade give Shun knives an exceptional sharpness. The handle is made of fine laminated Pakkawood, which is ergonomically shaped. A well-balanced and unique knife series that will quickly feel indispensable in the kitchen.
