Japanese vegetable chopper at 14 cm from the Shun Premier Tim Mälzer series by KAI. A beautiful vegetable chopper, or Nakiri, with a tall, wide blade that makes it optimal for chopping vegetables without your knuckles hitting the cutting board.
Shun Premier Tim Mälzer is an exclusive series of knives. The surface of the knives is hand-hammered, which gives a timeless aesthetic and an exceptional sharpness. The core of the knives is made of VG-10 steel with 32 layers of Damascus steel surrounding it, which, along with the hammered surface, creates a beautiful pattern. The handle is made of laminated Pakkawood from brown walnut, which is ground and polished to a glossy finish.
