Non-stick frying pan coated from Culimat Mathias Dahlgren Edition. In close collaboration with star chef Mathias Dahlgren, the design of these frying pans has been developed. It is made of Japanese quality steel and is constructed in 8 layers, resulting in a 3.5 mm thick body. The frying pan features a C3+ non-stick coating in 3 layers. The handle is spot-welded for hygienic reasons, as there are no rivets on the inside where dirt and bacteria can accumulate. Even heat distribution across the pan ensures that food does not stick.
