The grill plates cooking surface is made of solid steel, and the housing is made of stainless steel, which are two materials that are easy to maintain and keep in good condition. The griddle has a safety thermostat and a display with an On/Off button, as well as a lamp that indicates when it is ready for operation. It is ready for connection with a plug and comes with two cleaning scrapers.
