Seating Balls

A seating ball can be used as an alternative to an office chair during parts of the workday. At Tingstad, you'll find the Ergo Sphere balance ball from Unilux, which can be used at a desk or for simple movement exercises.

A seating ball offers a different sitting experience compared to a traditional office chair and can be a way to vary your working posture. It is best used as a complement to an office chair that provides good support and adjustment options. Check the ball's size and recommended use to determine whether it is suitable for your workplace.
