Footrests
At Tingstad, you'll find footrests for offices and other workplaces where you spend much of the day seated at a desk. We offer footrests in a variety of sizes and designs, including models with adjustable height and tilt, movable foot platforms, and softer footrests from brands such as Fellowes, Kensington, Leitz, and Wedo.
A footrest can be a useful complement to an office chair if you need additional support for your feet or if they do not comfortably reach the floor when your chair is adjusted correctly. Compare height, tilt adjustment, and size to find a model that suits your workstation and preferred sitting position.

Choose the Right Footrest for Your Desk
A footrest can be useful when you need support for your feet while working in a seated position. This is particularly relevant if you have adjusted your office chair to an ergonomic working height but cannot comfortably rest your feet flat on the floor.
Adjustable and Dynamic Footrests
An adjustable footrest allows you to customise the height or angle to suit your seating position. The available adjustment options vary between models.
There are also footrests with a movable platform that allow you to change the position of your feet throughout the workday. If you prefer a softer support surface, there are models designed for that purpose as well.
Consider Height and Available Space
Check the dimensions of the footrest and the amount of space available beneath your desk. Also consider how high you need to position your feet and whether you would like the option to adjust the angle.
A footrest does not replace a properly adjusted office chair, but it can be a valuable complement when adapting your seating position. It is also beneficial to vary your working posture and move regularly throughout the day.
