Choose a Box Based on Product Dimensions

The right box starts with the correct length, width, and height. A box that closely matches the size of the product reduces empty space and may minimise the need for void fill. At the same time, there must be room for any protective material around the item.

Tingstad's corrugated boxes are available in a range of sizes, from compact models such as 185 × 185 × 150/75 mm to larger boxes for bulkier shipments. Several models feature alternative height options, for example 380 × 285 × 310/230/155 mm, allowing the same box to be adapted to different packing heights.

Always check all dimensions and the box construction before ordering.

Regular Slotted Containers with Fixed or Variable Heights

Many corrugated boxes in the range are FEFCO 0201 regular slotted containers. They are supplied flat, assembled during packing, and sealed with packing tape. Some models have a fixed height, while others are designed with two or three alternative packing heights.

Choose your box based on both dimensions and construction. If needed, complement the packaging with packing tape, void fill materials, and packing list envelopes according to the protection requirements of the shipment.

Corrugated Box or E-commerce Box?

A traditional corrugated box is well suited to businesses that use packing tape and standard box formats. It is a flexible option for shipping, warehousing, and distribution where the box is manually sealed.
