Packing List Envelopes
Packing list envelopes are used to attach delivery notes, shipping documents, and other transport paperwork to the outside of parcels, cartons, and pallet shipments. At Tingstad, you will find self-adhesive document pouches in several sizes, with or without printed text. Delivery Notes and Shipping Documents Attached to the Shipment
A packing list pouch keeps documentation securely attached to the outside of the package, making it easy to locate without opening the shipment. These pouches are commonly used for delivery notes, shipping labels, delivery information, and other transport documents.
Most models feature a self-adhesive backing and are available both with pre-printed text, such as Packing List, and without printing.
C4, C5, C6 or C7?
The size should match the document and how it will be folded. The range includes C4, C5, C6 and C7 formats, from larger document pouches to smaller envelope sizes.
A C5 model is suitable for an A4 document folded once, while a C6 size fits an A4 sheet folded twice. For larger documents, C4 formats are available. Tingstad's Docustick C4 has internal dimensions of 230 × 325 mm.
Always check the internal dimensions or envelope size when document format is important.
Plastic or Paper Packing List Envelopes?
Traditional models are transparent plastic pouches for shipping labels and delivery notes, while the EcoDoc range is manufactured entirely from paper. EcoDoc features a self-adhesive backing and a transparent paper front that keeps documents visible. These models can be sorted together with paper packaging waste.
