Paper-Padded Envelopes for Smaller Shipments

Padded envelopes are suitable when a product requires more protection than a standard envelope but does not require a larger carton. The internal paper cushioning surrounds the contents and creates an additional protective layer during transport and handling.

The assortment consists of SUMO envelopes in various formats, ranging from smaller mailers to larger models for products that require more space. These envelopes are made from recycled paper and feature a self-adhesive sealing strip.

Choose the Size Based on Internal Dimensions

Select the envelope according to the product's width, height, and thickness. The internal dimensions determine the available space for the contents. For example, an envelope with internal dimensions of 215 × 265 mm will have larger external dimensions because of the closure and construction.

Leave some extra space around thicker products so the envelope can be filled and sealed without placing unnecessary strain on the material.

Paper Cushioning or Bubble Padding?
