From Product Wrapping to Interleaving

Tissue paper is lightweight and flexible and can be used directly around a product or as an interleaving layer between items in a package. It is suitable for clothing, accessories, gifts, flowers, and other products where packaging and presentation go hand in hand.

For e-commerce, tissue paper can be wrapped around products before they are placed in shipping packaging. In retail, it serves the same purpose when wrapping gifts or packaging purchases for customers.

Tissue paper mainly provides light surface protection and enhances presentation. When products require greater protection from movement and impacts during transportation, tissue paper should be combined with bubble wrap, corrugated cardboard, or other suitable protective packaging materials.

Colour as Part of the Packaging Experience

A large part of the assortment consists of coloured sheets in the format 50 × 75 cm. Available options include white, brown, grey, black, cerise, green, and many other colours, as well as patterned designs.

This makes tissue paper suitable for businesses that want to align packaging with store branding, seasonal themes, or marketing campaigns. Neutral colours work well as standard solutions, while brighter colours and patterns can create stronger visual impact.

Small Packs or Bulk Tissue Paper?

Usage varies between businesses. Many coloured varieties are supplied in packs of approximately 240 sheets, while other tissue paper products are available in larger packs weighing several kilograms.

For retailers and e-commerce businesses with high and consistent demand, bulk tissue paper can be a practical solution. Smaller packs make it easier to stock multiple colours without purchasing large volumes of each shade.

Standard or Waxed Tissue Paper?

The range also includes waxed tissue paper. Unlike standard tissue paper, it has a treated surface that can provide enhanced resistance to moisture and dirt. Some models are also approved for food contact.

For example, the white waxed version is suitable for food contact and fatty foods. Product properties vary, so always review specifications and approvals before use.

For gift wrapping and general product packaging, traditional tissue paper is usually the natural starting point.
