Freezer Bags in Different Sizes
The range includes freezer bags with capacities of 3, 5, and 6 litres. Smaller bags are suitable for portioning ingredients or prepared meals, while 5- and 6-litre bags provide additional space for larger quantities.
The bags are made from transparent or semi-transparent plastic, making the contents easier to identify. Tingstad's own 3- and 5-litre bags are manufactured from LDPE and approved for both freezer use and food contact. The Toppits models are made from PE and carry equivalent approvals for freezing and food-contact applications.
Seal the Freezer Bag Before Freezing
Remove excess air from the bag before sealing it. A properly sealed freezer bag reduces the food's exposure to air during storage and helps protect against freezer burn.
