Choose a Display Bowl by Volume, Shape, and Available Space

Consider the quantity of food to be displayed and the amount of space available in the buffet or deli counter. The assortment ranges from small portion and side-dish bowls to larger models holding several litres. APS Float, for example, is available in multiple capacities, while Dalebrook’s crescent-shaped bowls come in different sizes that can be combined within the same display.

Shape is also important when several bowls are placed side by side. Round and organic shapes work well as standalone pieces, while crescent-shaped and modular models can be combined to maximize display space and create a cohesive presentation.
