Product Information

  • A liquid strong alkaline machine dishwashing detergent for dishwashers with automatic dosing. Intended for units with slightly lower consumption in cafes, the restaurant industry, and the food industry.
  • Product features
    - Effectively removes animal and vegetable oils, fats, proteins, soot, etc.
    - Can also be used in CIP dish systems and for cleaning in tubs

    Product specifications
    Volume: 10 L

    - Tingstads chemical series GRAY - for dishwashing.

    Dosage & Usage
    Machine dishwashing: 1.0 - 3.0 g/liter of water
    CIP dish/tub: Normal cleaning: 1-5 %

    For tougher dirt, the above dosage may need to be slightly increased.

    The product is used at temperatures between 55 - 90°C.

    Porcelain with gilding or decoration that lies on top of the glaze should not be washed in a machine. Also avoid washing crystal, wood, certain plastics, aluminum, and sealed handles.

    The product can etch light metals such as aluminum, magnesium, and zinc (galvanized).
