Cartridges for the Kayser Whipped Cream Dispenser 1L are small cylinders filled with gas that are used to create pressure in the whipped cream dispenser. These cartridges are a must for transforming liquid cream into perfectly whipped cream, ideal for both hot and cold emulsions, mousses, and sauces.
