• Cream Siphon - is a kitchen utensil used to create light and airy whipped cream, mousses, and other foams. It consists of a container that is filled with liquid (eg cream) and a removable top that is closed with a gasket and a nozzle valve. When the gas from the gas cartridge is released into the container through a valve, it pushes the liquid out through the nozzle, creating a foam or airy consistency.
• Gas cartridge - also known as nitrous oxide or N2O cartridge, is a small cylinder filled with nitrous oxide (N2O). These cartridges are primarily used in cream siphons to create the pressure needed to whip cream and create foam. The gas cartridge is disposable and is replaced every time the siphon is used.
