- It has an ergonomically designed handle that is non-slip and made of soft polypropylene, allowing the knife to rest securely in the hand. Both the tip of the blade and the heel near the handle are rounded to minimize the risk of injury. The knife is made of stainless 1K6 steel with a non-stick coating that ensures ingredients release from the blade. It comes in a nice gift box that is also suitable for storing the knife.
