A vegetable chopper from Globals Classic series, measuring 18 cm. G-81 is an olive-ground vegetable knife with a high blade that makes it easy to slice and chop vegetables. The olive grinding prevents food from sticking to the knife blade.
Globals knives were launched on the market as early as 1985 and are made with Globals own steel blend, Cromova 18. The handle of the knife is filled with sand, which gives the knife the perfect balance.
