Shun Classic is an exclusive series from KAI and means "at the top of perfection." The knives have a core of VG-MAX quality steel and 32 layers of Damascus steel on each side of the core, creating a beautiful pattern. A manual sharpening and a convex blade give Shun knives an exceptional sharpness. The handle is made of fine laminated Pakkawood, which is ergonomically shaped. A well-balanced and unique knife series that will quickly feel indispensable in the kitchen.
