Expandable Paper Protection for Bottles and Jars

Honeycomb sleeves are slipped directly over the product. As the paper structure expands, it creates a mesh-like protective layer around the bottle or jar that helps absorb impacts and reduce direct contact with surrounding packaging materials. The material follows the shape of the product and does not need to be wrapped in the same way as paper rolls or bubble wrap.

This makes the format particularly useful when packing bottles, glass jars, and similar products for e-commerce and distribution. It can also be used when the protective packaging should remain visible, such as in gift packaging.

Choose the Length Based on the Product

The assortment includes honeycomb sleeves in lengths such as 30 cm, 35 cm, and 45 cm. Select the length according to the height of the bottle or product and how much of it needs to be covered.

If required, the bottle protector can be combined with corrugated cardboard, wood wool, or other void-fill materials for additional stability and protection inside the outer packaging.
